Last year was the first town centre arts trail and celebration of all things creative ranging from pop-up arts exhibitions, workshops and master classes, performances, walking tours, knitting picnics, trails, Speakers Corner, live art, app making, heritage trails and an Open Air Art Challenge.
You can see the event in pictures (thank you Salvo Toscano) here http://jelly.org.uk/2014/07/open-for-art-4-6-july-pictures/ and if you want to see our beautiful map from 2014, (thank you Cream Design) you can download it here http://jelly.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/OFA-A2-Concertina-Map1.pdf
This year we have been building on the walks and trails, talking to new participants and working together to bring you even more for 2015. We are especially delighted that this year Reading Arts Week will be running the same time as Open for Art so even more of a reason to make a bigger shout about the Arts in Reading.
